“St. Patrick's Day Luck from an auto part store with an Irish name! How fitting! I had been visiting in Germantown and was headed back home to northern VA...on a very tight schedule. I woke up on March 17th to find a gray and rainy day. Loaded up the car to get an early start and realized the windshield wiper on the drivers side (of course) was just smearing water...unsafe and impossible to see. Not being from the area...I figured I would have to go into Miamisburg or further to find a place and that would install them for me. I pulled into a gas station on Route 4 and as I was pumping gas - I looked up and saw O'Reilly Auto Parts! What a coincidence!! It was just past 7:30 am so I figured they didn't open until 9 or 10 am. WRONG! They were ALREADY OPEN! So as I was finishing at the pump, I called and spoke to a very nice representative - sorry I did not get his name - and he said not only did they have what I needed in stock IT WAS FREE INSTALLATION ! He was even nice enough to have them on the counter waiting as I drove across the street. He came out, put the new wipers on my car and my entire delay from this issue was less than 10 minutes! “I was referred to Chris by a friend of mine. Chris installed ceramic window tinting and regular window tinting. It's been a month since I've had it installed and I have not noticed any defects. He gave me an appointment and performed everything within that window. The ceramic tinting made a HUGE difference. It went from burning hot when I got in my car on a hot day to just warm inside. Matt, the 2nd generation owner, is honest, helpful and fair. The shop is clean and he leverages automation to make doing business with him very easy and surprisingly non stressful. Even for a guy like me that considers my cars as part of the family. I have had my 1998 SL convertible (which I bought new and plan to keep until they bury me in it 😍) in twice over 4 years, for nose and rump jobs. Both turned out perfectly. Each time the price was fair and reasonable. Plus, the work was done right, the first time. On time too. Recently, after being rear-ended in my almost new Audi SQ5, I first went to the dealer's collision repair center for an estimate. Silly me. After what was the typical and all too familiar run-around, after sitting an endless call center hold queue when they didn't follow thru, and employees that obviously didn't care a wit about customer satisfaction, I went to Matt instead. Factory parts, professional, caring service I could count on, for 50% less money. The only down side with Quality Paint and Body, below its remote location, is that there is typically a 30+ day lead time for a scheduled service appointment. The shop is only open 4 days a week now (it's closed on Mondays). It's a small business with no plans to expand. (Which I actually consider a big positive rather than a negative.) Regardless, good value is worth waiting for, right?”
