Even though I was approved by my bank he didn't insist that I go through their lenders to see if I could get more money or a better rate. He understood what I was working with and he did the absolute best to get me what I needed. My daughter was also looking for a car at another dealership, she also had an approval and they insisted she go through them. Ran her credit, approved her then called and said she needed a cosigner when she already had money from her bank. Not only was he very personable and funny. He also made sure that while my bank was processing my loan that the car wasn't sold. If you don't have a down payment they won't hold the car at any dealership, which I didn't know but he did it on good faith that I was indeed getting the car. Not saying that's what they do because money is money and they're a business but for me I was treated like a friend and not just a customer. Definitely recommend 👌”

“Carlos is a great mechanic along with his team. My brother and i have known him before he opened the shop. He has always kept his word and fixed every car i’ve brought in. Long story short, i was having trouble with a radiator fan not turning on, took it to a shop on miracle mile for a diagnostic, was told it was the engine computer and would cost $500 to fix. Took it to Carlos and right away he found the problem which was a relay that only costs $20 at autozone. Very trustworthy and will not rip you off like other shops. They are honest and caring with their customers. 100% recommended.”
