“Great shop and excellent customer service. I found a puncture in my tire and tried to find a place that could order me a new tire so I could travel home to Ohio. I didn’t have any of my tools with me, so I had no way to determine if it was a fixable puncture or a non-fixable sidewall issue. Tire Rack had my tire on backorder until Sept, and a lot of the bigger shops in the area couldn’t even order it. Did a quick Google search and found West Point Auto Works. Rob at West Point Auto Works was able to order my tire, get it shipped in only 2 days, and then squeezed me in without an appointment to get me fixed up and on my way home. They were even able to repair the punctured tire instead of replacing with a new tire, so now I have a brand new tire for when I need them replaced. Good to have considering the scarcity of this tire. They also have a touchless tire mounter, which did not scratch my forged wheels. Would recommend West Point Auto Works to anyone. “Excellent service ! Friendly staff that is responsive, adaptable, and efficient. My husband and I got in wrecks within a week of each other ( rear-ended and got backed into while I was parked) and we both got our vechiles fixed here . For mone they received and had to send back several car doors until they got a good one because they previous didn't meet their quality level (were banged up a bit). I think they even fixed my fob for me! I would completely recommend.”
