We found the perfect camper for us and put a deposit for them to hold it. They made the process very easy and we’re happy to walk us through the process and answer any questions. They even held it for us for 4 wks to allow us to save more $ to put towards the down payment. When we went to sign and pick it up they did the walk through and went over every detail and took the time to answer all of our questions. This was our first time buying and owning so once we got it home and set up we didn’t have any issues with the set up and we’re very confident bc they had explained everything in detail and answered all our questions. My husband was set on wanting a Tacoma. I thought going through the lot I went to last year (Midwest kia) would help. I was told to come in and they double booked my appointment with my husband. Didn't realize they did that they said. They texted and called us from 9 different numbers. It was crazy. All to get there for them to say they don't have the truck we wanted and not only that but that our trade wasn't worth anything and they wanted 5 grand down for something we couldn't even see or test drive. So we left. I then looked up the lot that had the actual truck and it was Midwest superstore. I drove over an hour to this lot and was not disappointed. They were quick, very polite with me having newborn with us to boot. We got approved for the truck my husband wanted for only a grand down and our trade was worth 12 grand to them so that they could get us into payments we could actually afford.
