“We will be using Transworks Plus for all of our automotive repairs for life! When my wife was in a car accident we were forced to purchase a new/used automobile at which time we were sold a fraudulent warranty, and proceeded to have one catastrophic failure after another. We put in over 3 times what we paid for the car and essentially ended up rebuilding the whole thing. We went through hell and back with different mechanics, the Better Business Bureau, and the Attorney General. As consecutive problems occurred, each auto shop had different opinions on what was wrong, needed to be fixed, and would even blame each other. Meanwhile, we were getting nowhere but bankrupt, resulting in a 3 year, stress filled ordeal. Then we found Joe and Brian at Transworks Plus. When our "lemon" started overheating and making loud creaking noises, we were convinced we needed a new radiator, fan, or thermostat, and that our rear suspension was shot. I was ready for the usual news that we needed thousands in repairs. Joe gave the car a thorough inspection, and the verdict was that I was low on antifreeze and oil! And the creak wasn't a safety hazard and was likely a simple bushing that didn't require immediate attention, if any. These people are honest professionals that take pride in their work and actually care about the people that they serve. I can't say enough about this place. Give them a call. You will not regret it.”

“So I ordered a Panigale V2 from Andrew at Hudson Valley motorcycles back on May 4th. The whole time he stayed in contact with me and let me know what was going on. The whole process I was quite impatient but he was never rude and answered my questions through text or call within minutes. I ended up getting the bike over the weekend and I love it!! I drove 5 hours from Rochester New York to get there and I would do it again to deal with them. Great customer service and great people. I also bought a helmet, jacket, and gloves from them. They gave me 10% off for getting a new bike from them. Teddy and Geech ( I think it's Spelled lol) were awesome!!! They showed me how the jacket should fit, help me pick out a helmet, talked about their riding experiences, going to the track, and all types of stuff.
