“We needed to have running boards installed on a Toyota Sienna, we found ones on Amazon that were designed for that vehicle. After receiving them and realizing this is not something we can install ourselves. We called around to a few places that deal with these types of accessories. The general consensus was they could do them but it would be several weeks to get an appointment. Came across Todd's Motortown , we emailed them and received a very quick and professional response from Emanuel. He assured me that they could install them on Monday ( this was Friday) They were able to install them in about 90 minutes and they look great. They look like they came from the factory. Emanuel and his crew were polite , friendly, professional , timely and a great work ethic. The shop is immaculate and well organized. We plan on having them install a few more things that we'd rather have a professional install. We highly recommend this company , if I could give them 10 stars , I would.”

“Hard to find great diesel mechanics who are also honest and therefore can't praise Brian enough. Recently bought a used Freightliner Truck and wanted to get the truck serviced and found Oxer through Google. Brian did a great job of servicing and diagnosing the truck and gave me a good understanding of any repairs that needed to be done asap vs ones we can push off. Had a transmission issue come up where the truck was unable to shift out of first gear, he was able to find the root issue and fix it promptly. Very knowledgeable with all aspects of the truck. Honest, kind, super responsive and treats the truck like its his own. Additionally, very detail oriented and wants to get it right. Can't recommend him enough.”

“So, bit on a long story but here goes. Live about 5 miles from the shop. Right after they had just opened my car battery was dead and I needed a jump. I called and they came over and got me started right up. To my horror I only had $8 cash on me. No problem they said. About a year goes by and now I have a vintage RV. It died in a busy intersection. Had it towed over to their shop figuring I owed them some business after their good deed to me. They had my RV up and running in 3 days. Took 2 days for the ordered part to come in. Not bad at all for a 1978 van. They sorted out the issue, inspected the vehicle for me, and I was on the road for a very reasonable sum. Two weeks later I’m back to the shop after a deer hit me coming home from a trip. The guys give it a look over and agree with my hopeful wish that the damage is all cosmetic. They tell me what to keep an eye on just in case and off I go at no charge. I tipped them for their time. Glad to have a new shop close to home that does good work at fair prices.”

“This service turned a bad camper experience into a reasonable one. The bearing on our trailer went out on the 8 near Descanso. It was quite a mess but their service was extremely professional removing the bad bearing, cleaning up the shaft for new bearings. They came completely prepared with a new brake and drum. The old one was trashed completely. Then he tested the camper brakes and checked out and repacked the other bearing. These extra steps let us know about other issues that impact safety of our trailer. Terrific service. Can't say how grateful we are they came out to help us. The cost was less than a quoted tow to a repair shop would have been! Awesome way to deal with a bad situation.”
