But today for some reason no one seems to be working ( I can walk over to the work bay and either no one or one person is there when I check) and my car has been in the bay for two hours. Good price, but time is money and this is taking a lot of time. Done shopping an hour ago and now sitting in Costco furniture section reading the news.”

“Took my brand new Acura RDX to get the front windows tinted to match the rear windows. Scott did a great job. Didn’t take long at all. What impressed me about Scott was his friendliness and the way he respect your property to make sure to keep the mess as minimum as possible by covering the door panel and the dash. I know tinting windows is already a messy task but making sure to minimize the mess is a plus. Lifetime warranty on the tint AND labor is a must and Scott will stand by his product and craftsmanship as long as you own your vehicle. Can’t go wrong with that. They know I don’t know much about cars and have never tried to take advantage in any way. My father is a retired mechanic so I know! They will tell you if something needs fixed right now or if it’s something you can wait a little bit on. They aren’t just trying to take your money. They always do their best even when busy to fit me into their schedule. I trust them completely. I just got my brakes done this week and they did an amazing job. My 20 year old car feels like new! “I had my oil changed at the Walmart car center and the gentleman were really rude first of all I paid for the service and I went outside and had a seat on this bench as I watched three of the men that worked there peeling around talking to each other eating a candy bar going to the pop machine one was on the phone there was one car in the bay I think there's two or three days I'm not sure but I sat there for a good 15 minutes while they put it around I don't know if they were on lunch or not but there should be some differentiation between and being on lunch break they need to be out of the bays and so you can differentiate if they're working or not. Then it took what seemed like forever an hour on a small Chevy car and then I had a big old leak in my gravel driveway the next morning and my oil stick would not retrieve a drop of oil and I should have gone back and got my money back but instead my friend tightened the filter and check the oil pan and we had to put three quarts back in it never again never again what I go back to there”

They are honest, patient and super fast. One example of their values: I thought I needed to replace a tire but they found that the screw I drove over didn't go all the way through. So, they didn't charge me anything to fill up the tire with air. No charge for their time! I get all my oil changes and maintenance work done here. Very fast. They often help me keep costs low. Today, I had my car battery replaced. They squeezed me in because I was in dire need of my car. Always pleasant. Always professional. And now they have a vintage Ms. PacMan machine in the waiting room. So much fun!”
