“Great service and communication. I would highly recommend them (I worked with Charles) My parked car was rear-ended by a delivery truck trying to make an illegal U-turn. I contacted Tesla Collision, send photos of the damage and they were able to get me a prelim estimate within 1-2 business days which I submitted to the insurance company. I dropped the car off and they provided me with updates Monday Wednesday Friday via text. They arranged for the local enterprise to come pick me up on arrival so I can get my rental car. This particular shop had the earliest availability in the Chicago land area by at least 2-3 weeks. Some Tesla approved collision centers are booked out over 4-5 months. The whole job took about 2.5-3 weeks, which is really good for this car and this climate of supply chain issues. Just as an FYI: some insurances don't work w/ Tesla (as they charge a higher premium for hourly rates). Specifically GEICO doesn't work with them unless the customer wants to pay for the difference out of pocket. They do work well w/ Traveler's.”

“I had a great experience with the service I received at the Town Fair store in Stamford. I was recently told from my car dealership that I needed three new tires as luck would have it the one new tire I had on my vehicle got a nail in it. Mark my service rep went out to my car, assessed the damage and confirmed I did need three new tires. They did not have my tires in stock but Mark was able to locate them at a different location and they were delivered to the Stamford store the next day He called me the same day to let me know they were able to Patch the tire that gad the nail in it. I was able to make an appointment for the next day to have all the tires replaced. I pulled in 15 minutes before my appointment. They took my car in and in less than a half an hour the new tires were installed, balanced and a front end alignment performed. Mark did a fantastic job and was extremely professional and was able to answer all my questions. I would strongly recommend using Town Fair !”
