I have had absolute regrets to the point where I had been travelling down to Land Rover White Plains. The new ownership is extraordinary to previous. Yohan, the sales manager and Stephen, the salesman were exceptional the minute we walked in through the door. They were not pushy at all. They were available for any further questions we had through the whole process. Every concern was addressed. They went above and beyond. Their service manager, Rick reached out multiple times as well. He was great to deal with. Lastly, their finance manager, Brandon, was thorough. The whole process from start to finish was top notch. “I was passing through Detroit and stopped for gas. My car wouldn't start when I was done filling up. I didn't know it but someone was inside robbing the gas station while I was outside. I had to run on foot and ended up at The Battery Doctor. They let me hide inside for a bit until the heat died down. Once we had the "all clear", Boss Man carried a battery to my car and got me on my way. This battery still sparks up my car every day after 6 years now. As a Canadian that knows two seasons, fall and winter, the discount on that battery was more than worth it. Thank you Boss Man. For the very reliable battery and a place to hide.”

“Mr. Art Doyle saved my can on Black Friday! Not only did he answer the call but also opened his shop to do an emergency repair on my company's touring trailer. We had litteraly ground one of our wheel's bearings to dust and he was able to salvage our antiquated axle and send us on our 14hr drive with a fully functioning trailer! “I’ve been getting my car serviced at Aarrow for several years now, and there are many things I appreciate about this business. Ken is always great about letting you know what your car needs from a preventative maintenance perspective, giving you all of the options and pricing and allowing you decide as the customer what you want to do. It’s never a pressured environment, and it never feels like a sales pitch. It’s always anchored in what you actually need. He’s also been great about keeping an eye on certain things that might not need to be fixed now, but will later. I always feel like he genuinely wants to take care of my car, and ensure that it’s safe. Miranda has also been a great addition to their team. As a women, sometimes it can feel uncomfortable going into automotive shops. When you walk in, and another woman is there, it creates a safe and approachable space. (She is also knowledgeable and knows her stuff!). I went in today for a state inspection, and additional preventative maintenance services. The wait was reasonable, about 1.5 hours. Ken and Miranda are always friendly and converse as the time passes. The shop was decorated IMMACULATELY for the holidays! I can tell a lot of thought and effort went into the ambiance. Overall, I’d highly recommend this shop, especially if you feel nervous going into these types of environments. They create a very warm, welcoming space for their customers.”
