My insurance sent out Safelight who said the couldn’t repair and that I needed to replace the entire windshield. “Oh my goodness!! This store should be called Hospitality Harley Davidson. The staff here is AMAZING! Every one of them is super friendly. We rode up during a downpour and walked into the dealership like 4 drowned rats. Jen greeted us, offering coffee and water. So we parked ourselves for awhile to dry off, and no one made a fuss. Staff was so helpful and kind and graciously listened to our stories. Raymond and Joseph made good conversation. Jenny offered cold adult beverages from her marketing event. Just genuinely nice people. So glad we stopped!”

Lift gate works as intended from Tommy gate but ran into an issue about a month and a half of having. Troy in service was informative with me and sent a technician out to my facility as the van was unable to be moved. The technician (didn't catch his name) was in and out in 15 minutes and got us back up and running. Will always send business their way.”

“I went to top off my tire pressure using their air compressor, and it actually ended up taking the air completely out of one of my tires. Went into the tire center to see if someone could help me and met James, who was super friendly and helpful. He came out to my car and ended up going around and fixing the air in all of my tires. He even gave me a couple valve stem caps since I was missing a couple. Not impressed with their air compressor, however I am impressed with the customer service that James provided.
