“I got a wheel allignement and oil change, and they even straightened my steering wheel. I have had two allignements elsewhere but none of them went out of their way to straighten the steering wheel. They recommended that I change my oil every 30,000 miles because they used synthetic oil. I use synthetic oil at other shops and they always insist I change the oil every 15,000 miles. They even let me know that I had air leaks and showed me where they were. Also, they alerted me about worn out trailer brakes. Their prices are reasonable and I would recommend them to my parents.”

“My wife scraped a stone wall Bridge and damaged the entire passenger side of the vehicle from the front wheel well to the rear bumper. I thought it was going to be extremely expensive to fix considering half the car would need paint, a 20 inch rim needed repair, and the rear bumper would need to be completely replaced because it had a plastic cladding strip that was one piece with the entire bumper. And with the radar for the parking sensors, rear cross traffic alert, etc. I was assuming labor just for that would be pricey. However I found Calibers prices very reasonable and competitive. They were the choice for my Insurance company, and I had never used them before. All the employees I spoke with were very friendly and nice. They were extremely busy, so scheduling was a month out, which wasn't great, but the wait was well worth it. The car was still drivable so it wasn't a huge deal for me. The car was done in about a week, which was sooner than I thought it would be finished once my appointment time came around. They even did the entire inside of the car and cleaned up the drivers ivory leather seat which was starting to stain blue in a spot where my wife slides across the piece of bolstering. I am very pleased with the results and my experience was great. I have 2007 car that was my first brand new car that needs some love for the fading paint. While I know they are busy, I may just take it there if they would be willing to paint it, regardless of the price since they did such a good job and were so friendly.”
