“Great customer service, very reasonable price and work was done in a timely manner!! We needed a fuel line replaced on our truck and needed it done as soon as possible. I called and talked with Jim told him what we needed and we needed done as soon as possible. He told me to get it to them and they would get it done by the next day. The next day we called them because we hadn’t heard from them yet! Not only did they have it done the same day (which I or them wrote my phone number down wrong) and tried calling us. The cost for the repair and an oil change was very low compared to what we thought it was going to be. Also, Jim took the time to look at our extended warranty on our other vehicle to see if they could take care of any issues we have with it. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement! “We have been going to the dealership the last few years for our VW. We started to have some issues with it this week and I decided to try this place since its a small family run place. I had forgotten how awesome it was to work with a local mechanic. He met me at my convenience and on the spot got to work with the diagnostic tool. He explained every line to me and gave me straight forward thoughts on what it could be. Within 30 minutes he assessed the issues and successfully resolved it, and it was an extremely fair price. What a far cry from dropping my car off at a dealership for 24 hours for the exact same issue and probably paying double. I 100% recommend this place.”

“I can not boast more about the word class customer service I experienced at this location. My car started acting up and the check engine light came on and I actually got stranded in the parking lot across the street. When I walked in and explain to the manager what was going on he was so kind and even went as far as sending someone to physically go get my car and bring it to their service station. They reviewed the issues, diagnosed the problem, and got me back on the road in no time. The managers kindness and focus on customer service will absolutely have me returning to this location for any services I may need in the future. Thank you again so much!”

“I’ve been a long time Mavis customer and decided to try a closer location to home and was not disappointed. Not that the other Mavis location was bad, but most of the time when I scheduled an appointment they would be behind schedule because of the location size and/ or a short-handed staff situation. This Mavis has larger service area which made for a more quick and pleasant trip for my oil change. The customer service was friendly and accommodating and there was no high pressure sales tactics. They did recommend that I replace my windshield wipers, but I decided to do that myself without any argument. I highly recommend this Mavis (Dover) location and look forward to future visits!!!”

“Recently had my brakes done. I cannot say enough about the customer service, quality of work, and integrity of the management. I dropped in, asked for a quote, without them seeing my vehicle. I was given a very fair one based I what I was previously told. They did not try to upsell me the Cadillac of brakes for my 2012 SUV. Not only did they do my brakes, I had a couple filters changed that were not available last time I had an oil change done elsewhere. When it was time to come pick up my vehicle it was not only pouring rain, but lightning. I had mentioned I needed the car that evening and would be there as soon as there was a break in the weather. Minutes later I got a call, and I was offered a ride. I am not sure if this is normal small town service, but I was very moved by the offer and pleased. It gets better. When I went to pay my bill, IT WAS LESS THAN QUOTED! We all live in fear of getting the bill from the garage. I must have had that puzzled look on my face. Thank you for your service is what he said.
