He does a very professional job. Replaced all the items on top of our rv that blew off in hurricane Ian and even tailored a new part to work for our older coach as it was replacing one that is no longer being made. I should have went there first but my son was friends with mastic auto sound and if they treat friends like that what would they do to you? “I was recently in need of an emergency purchase of a new vehicle, and wanted to do things right and get a pre purchase inspection before purchasing a used vehicle. I had already been looking at cars all day, and in the afternoon found one that seemed like a viable option, but I wanted to be sure. No other mechanics in the area had openings that afternoon or took drive ins, so I was relieved to hear that they have drive in PPI’s. The mechanics were super knowledgeable about the local used car dealerships and were able to give me some pointers. They were also able to quickly find that the car I was looking at had some transmission issues that the dealership was trying to cover up, and kindly advised me against the purchase. I’m really thankful that they found the issue and saved me from purchasing a car with transmission issues that could cost $3k-$4k to repair. The only downside is that the PPI cost $140 before tax and after being in a bad car situation, I definitely felt that financially.”

“In August 2019, after an already stressful trip, my check engine light came on while trying to get home to Utah on I-15. Dan very kindly diagnosed the issue and told me I may need a new fuel pump. In my stressed-out emotional state, I was devastated and broke down crying. Poor Dan! He didn't have the needed parts for my car, but let me know I could at least make it to Las Vegas where I could get a hotel and find a shop with the right parts. The bad part about that plan was there was a massive tanker truck on fire a ways up I-15 and all traffic was at a standstill. Dan gave me a route I could take to bypass the accident and then wrote his personal cell number on the back of a business card. He told me to call him if I got into any trouble with my car and he'd come get me. Knowing somebody had my back while I was out in the middle of nowhere helped me so much. I'll never forget Dan's kindness. I still keep the card in my wallet to remind me to pay it forward when I can.”
