I've never been on high alert, never felt the need to lock my car, clutch my purse, or felt threatened in any way in all the years I've been a customer. The staff always greets me with a knowing smile. In all the years I've been a customer I've never seen a customer be mistreated. At 2 a.m where do you want to buy gas or anything? My life is worth a few extra dollars.”

The wash fenced bay for the furbabies has a comfortable raised tub so washing isn't backbreaking of the wash and there are many options to choose from at very little cost. I was fortunate to have been there when the owner stopped by. He was very nice and helped me with unlocking my car after the car unexpectedly locked me out. I suggest checking this place out. It's well worth the visit!”

“Me and my husband just spent three nights at this location. And it was absolutely amazing, we're looking for a getaway for our 4 year anniversary. This place exceeded all of our expectations, and it doesn't hurt that it's absolutely breathtaking. We were given more privacy than we needed. but yet anything that you needed they were right there if you needed help with anything. All the amenities were amazing from the bar in the game room to the pool and of course the beautiful lake. The bedrooms were big and more than what we expected. And everything was very clean. We were looking forward to this experience and we are so happy that we did it. We would recommend this to any of our friends or family. It's so much better than a hotel. And hands down we will be visiting again.I want to say thank you to Mark and Kathy for being excellent host and for sharing your beautiful home with us. You helped us create an anniversary that we will not forget.”

“The employees were nice and the location was very clean. The only reason I'm leaving one star off is because they don't accept circle k app coupons (even though the app says they do). I came to this location after being told that I couldn't use my coupon at the new location on Bond and east Stockton (see my review of that store for more details), only to be told the same thing at this store. Thankfully, the cashier (I regret that I did not catch her name) was sympathetic to my plight and kindly offered to buy me a coffee. She and her co worker were very nice to me, and I think they deserve some extra praise! I visited this store on 4/16/19 at approximately 1:30pm, if that helps identify your excellent, above and beyond employees. Thanks again!”

I had my little nephew and niece with me and he made sure we were comfortable and turned the tv on for the kids. Their work on the car was spotless and I highly recommend them! “I've used this car wash a few times and recently had an incident where something came off my car during a basic wash. I admittedly didn't repot that day, but went back a few days later to discuss with management. I received a quote of several hundred dollars from my car dealership to fix and was hoping Mi-T-Fine might help cover the cost. Instead, the manager went above and beyond to show me the dealership was incorrect and the piece that fell off was not in fact broken, and snapped back into place perfectly! After spending the better part of an hour making sure everything was attached as expected, the manager was kind enough to give me a free car wash. I truly appreciate the customer service and transparency from this team.”
