I will come back with another review pending the outcome. Update: I was able to find their number, called, spoke with "Bill". He was very helpful & provided honest information. He informed me that their computer system had been experiencing a glitch whereas it was NOT returning the balances to the customer's credit/debit cards. I not happy about the inconvenience, but, I ABSOLUTELY appreciate the honesty!”

While I did find some minor dust stains, with the service they offer, Im certain had I specified to pay extra attention, they would happily oblige. The service is good, courteous and QUICK. They even offer drop off and pickup while they're working on the car, and I believe they are much cheaper than the rest on full detailing services. I highly encourage businesses like East Gate Car wash, given the extremely helpful and diligent management, who understand the need to have a customer drive off, satisfied with the work. I will go again, I recommend everyone to try.”
