“What can I say, I spent the last of my daddy's insurance money on a 2019 Volkswagen Arteon that I am OBSESSED with. I came to the car wash and told Oscar* that it was new and I wanted it to be treated with the utmost care. He said 'Absolutely ma'am'. Not only did he ensure that all of the bird poop was washed off, but he also made sure all the dog hair was vacuumed out of the inside.
