“02/11/19 - The owner is correct, PNC put a pending $10.00 charge and then changed (lowered) it to $2.50. I have NO IDEA why it is done this way. I was not ripped off as I thought. I apologize to this owner, given today's biz climate we all tend to think the worst... lesson learned here! 02/08/19. The price is clearly posted $2.50 for 4 minutes. I swiped my credit card as opposed to putting in 10 quarters. The next day I checked my VISA account on-line. My VISA card (me) was charged $10.00 or 15 cents a second! NOT $2.50 but $10.00 what a scam and rip off! Oh, I know, it's something I did wrong because THEY wouldn't rip me off... No they wouldn't do a thing like that...it is my fault! I used the wand in a bay to QUICKLY wash off salt & road filth after all the rain this week. I didn't use soap or anything, just high pressure water for 2 -1/2 minutes or 150 seconds. I pressed STOP on the blinking lighted button and then left. Again, all I wanted to do was get the worst crud off before I went home.”

“I wanted to take a minute and give my 3 cents. I read all the reviews about the owner (Steve) and it’s place. I reluctantly scheduled all 3 of my vehicles to begin on a Monday, Tuesday, finishing my last car on Wednesday. Well I woke up Monday morning the day of our scheduled appointment and life got the best of me (I completely forgot that I made this appointment) I got a call from Steve (who was very pleasant considering he just got stiffed on a no show by me). He called to reschedule the cleaning of my cars. I woke up again today not thinking about my appointments I scheduled, I got wrapped up in getting my kids off to school and running my own business, yet again I stiffed Steve out of a time slot. Steve called me, when I saw it was him calling I considered not answering the phone, but when I did I could tell Steve was frustrated, but he handled himself like a professional. I offered Steve a couple hundred dollars that he declined, he stated that he didn’t do business that way and that he wanted to earn the money, and earn my business! I’m thoroughly impressed and he hasn’t even cleaned my cars yet. Rest Assured Steve I will be seeing you in the morning and I will be giving you my business!!”

“As usual, the guys did a great job on my car. However, on my way into SC, I had no idea there was red clay that had spilled out from a construction site onto Rea Rd. Wouldn't you know, it got all over my passenger tires and fender. I got as much off as I could with a bottle of water, but a friend suggested that I take it back to AutoBell and see if they would take care of it for me. By the time i got back to AutoBell, they were sweeping and cleaning, with no cars in sight. As I pulled up, the guys cleaning the waiting area looked down and around as if to let me know they were closed. But luckily for me, Conner moved past the other workers, came over to me and asked how he could help! When I told him what happened he looked at the car and confirmed that he could see the mud. He then said, "Not a problem bring it over to the hose." At that point, he hosed the tires and fender down - even underneath! Once he finished, he went and reapplied the tire shine for me as well. Boy was I a happy camper. Conner, you are SO awesome! Thank you so much for your excellent customer service...”
