“Yesterday afternoon I went to get my Highlander washed. The person ahead of us had issues getting through the wash. Either they had their vehicle in park, or they had their foot on the brake. The rollers that are designed to move the vehicle along through the process kept rolling under their tire, making it jump. This went on several times, however the young men [two high school guys] attending yesterday were very professional. Not only did they assist the person by explaining what they are to do, they did not roll their eyes, or belittle the person with snarky looks. I have to say, I was proud of those boys as if they were my own children. I really appreciate a business that 'trains' their employees professionalism. Also I want to say kudos to their parents - they must be doing something right: respect it is noticed .”

I stopped in for an estimate and spoke to Tyler who assured that he could get the car looking good. I made an appointment and dropped off my car today and 4 hours later ( I left the car there and picked it up) the car was ready and looking better than I had hoped. Tyler did an excellent job and his customer service was also above and beyond. The price was fair and I was very pleased with the experience.
