“Just wanted to recommend a local pet cremation place - as we had no idea where to start when we lost our family dog of 14 1/2 years this past Saturday (our local vet wasn't open nor were some others I had called). I called Laps of Love which directed me to an expensive place near the airport. On a whim, I reached out to Hartsell on 49, and they were absolutely incredible. Miller came and picked her up and was kind, compassionate, gentle and patient with us as we said our final goodbyes. They were reasonably priced and immediately made you feel like family. It's in times like these that you want to work with a staff and place like this. Just thought I'd share for others that may end up in this sad situation.
