Not only was Kim the consummate professional, but she went ABOVE AND BEYOND with even the smallest detail of my mother-in-law's wake and funeral service. She picked up all the "slack" that I was unable to deal with since I was traveling by car from Massachusetts to Florida. Not even COVID-19 stopped Kim from planning the perfect service for my almost...105 year-old mother-in-law... The "viewing" area at Skyway was also beautiful and peaceful. “My wife and I lost our son four years ago. Even now, typing this, tears are streaming down both eyes. Many times I have to work all night and go home and pass the cemetery in the morning. I am not dressed nice and very tired, but I want to visit my son. Sometimes I have to use the bathroom at the main building. I come in looking like some ragged homeless person and I am treated like a visiting royal dignitary, always a smile and polite as can be. I am very grateful that I don't have to "prove" I have a dead son to be treated with 100% respect. I don't have to say anything at all, they treat everyone with respect and honor. I also know that any time I want, I can ask to be driven to the grave from their main office. They are very sweet and the few times I want to chat with them, they genuinely feel sympathy, clearly. Not an act. I'm the kind of person that if I ever felt otherwise, I'd be hesitant to go. They are wonderful and I feel comfort from their respect to all who enter.”

“Nice old cemetery, founded in 1856. Too close to the highway to be serene, but still a nice place. There are about 3500 graves here, many with large beautifully carved tombstones. The old section is in the southeast corner, nearest to the old road.”

“On three sides of an unpainted block wall stands an older working class neighborhood, it's houses dotted with swamp coolers and satellite dishes. Cactus and scraggly ironwood trees have grown out of bounds, crossing property lines indiscriminately. Aluminum chairs with torn webbing share the shaded carport. This place is definitely a historic place. You have to have same beliefs as natives there in order to be buried there”

“Willsey Historical Cemetery is located at 8510 Eagle Creek Road, Colerain Township, Hamilton County, Ohio. Willsey is a beautiful field-stone walled historic cemetery. The stone wall and the Cemetery area is well maintained on a regular basis. There are over 20 headstones photographed and over 50 records of burials. There are two headstones of Veterans of the Civil War, Alex McGreadie (1843-1905) Company K, Ohio Infantry and Hannah Willsey (1826-1900) Nurse, Medical Department of the United States Navy. The Willsey name if prevalent throughout the Cemetery as well as Snyder, Henrie and a few others. The oldest burial record is from 1826 and the most recent one is found to be 1928. There are a few headstones that are illegible and some that are broken. The Willsey Cemetery not only has significant historical value but it also remains a photogenic location. There is a private driveway next to the Cemetery but no public parking area.”

“A very peaceful cemetery. Chestnut Hill Cemetery has multiple Veteran's Memorials as well as a Burlington Fire Firefighter's Memorial. The cemetery is kept very clean and there is natural wildlife including hawks, owl, chipmunk, and squirrel during the day. It's extremely advised to not visit during the evening. Coyote have been spotted moving in and out. *** No Dogs Allowed ***”
