“A welcoming place for all. The worship is reverent yet accessible, kid-friendly and beautiful at the same time. Sunday services will include liturgies and the Nicene Creed, reading from the Bible which always includes Psalms, Old Testament, Gospel, and Epistle. The sermon itself is pretty short, about 15-20 minutes. Communion is open to all Christians. Catholics, Orthodox, and Protestants will both recognize elements of their own traditions in the liturgy. Transcendent, historical, and a nice escape from highly Americanized expressions of Christianity. Sundays have a nursery for babies, and children’s church for slightly older children. Sunday service starts at 9:30. Come join us!”

“Very small but extremely friendly and loving congregation who appreciate everyone who walks through the door -the pastor engages the congregation with his well thought-out sermons based on scripture- always taking the time to give the children their own little sermon on the steps of the altar- a pianist accompanies the traditional hymns of worship- the congregation still engages in the Doxology -The Lord's Prayer- responsive scripture reading AND the Alleluia together- it is so refreshing to be comforted with the familiar in a Church service for a change nowadays. They shared Joys and concerns and pray corporately for their little community of which they are all involved- they most recently began a drive-thru communion service open to All Peoples of all faiths in their neighborhood the first Sunday of the month from 12 to 12:30- how Very thoughtful of them! I give them 5 stars😃😃😃😃😃”

“It is now Word Harvest Church. An excellent place of worship if you are nostalgic of how spirit lead Pentecostal churches once were. A place that when you walk in you are welcomed by the holy Spirit to give a unbridled praise. They believe in the holy Trinity, Baptism, and if you confess with you mouth and believe in your heart you are saved. Their services times are convenient to accommodate most with a early morning and afternoon service. The parking can be a issue, limited, but I'm sure with time it will get better. They are conveniently located right in the Heartland community, not a far drive one could actually walk there if desired. It's a traditional way of worship, with a conventional format: Prayer, Praise and Worship, Word of GOD. The children's ministry is really awesome, Hands on Sunday school and Vacation Bible School activities with a certified teaching professional. It might not look like much but they welcome you like family, and actually check on you if you're sick or going through rough times. They genuinely care about you and your family and the community. I've seen them help non members and complete strangers without a agenda or for any expectations. The ministry seemingly does live the life they preach about, that's what I look for in a place of worship.”
