“The Franklin Park Baptist Church is a traditional community type church populated with families, youngsters, oldsters, and everyone in between. It holds a regular Sunday morning worship hour that consists of singing the familiar hymns, sharing & prayer, reading Scripture, a sermon, and more hymn singing. The church building is neat and clean. There are rooms for Sunday school, an all purpose room, and social areas large enough for pot luck dinners. Attendance on Sunday morning is around 60 worshipers -- anonymity is impossible! If you'd like to be part of a worshiping congregation that reminds you of the church where you grew up, Franklin Park Baptist is all embracing.”

“Wow! I felt the spirit of God as soon as I pulled Into the parking lot. From the men helping me park to the woman who greeted me at front door, I truly felt the love of God being poured onto me. Everyone was smiling, friendly and welcoming. It didn’t feel phony at all, but a deep genuine care and concern for me. Much like what Jesus has for his children. There was a guest speaker, who was awesome. The worship ushered me into experiencing God and sobbing within minutes. This place is truly anointed and has an amazing mission—to impact you, to impact the world. I truly loved everything about this experience. There’s no doubt in my mind that God’s hand is on this church. I’m undoubtedly sure that this will be my new church home. Praise God!”

“I felt welcome here. I came in wearing Levi's, Pendleton and a cut. Oh I can't leave out the the Skullcap I have long hair and this helps me keep my hair together for my helmet. My visit here was unique because I would venture out to say a lot of the people come from a background just as I. I wasn't judged by my appearance. Which is a big plus too many churches judge people by the way they look. Example I went to a church rather big church I come in and sit down and I noticed somebody sit down behind me which was no big deal but I had to use the restroom so I got up and I go to the bathroom, I'm a little bit early for service after coming out of the store is he the same guy he walks into the stall that I was at and leaves quickly after I get done washing my hands I threw the paper towel in the trash as I'm walking out I turn around and he looked inside the trash can. I thought to myself really. This was in the warm weather so I wasn't wearing a cut I just had tennis shoes Levi's in a slingshot in other words tank top my motorcycle helmet was on my bike I was being stereotyping judged. What has the world come to?”
