“I'm not sure exactly what Ms. Martinez' problem is but we moved here from Houston five years ago. I have trekked in and out of City Hall on a regular basis and for various reasons. NEVER has anyone there ever treated me with anything except a willing and open desire to assist me in any way possible, including help me locate my missing dog and straightening out a problem with my voter registration which was caused by the Harris County Tax-Assessor Collector's office and was no fault of theirs. If you want to experience frustration caused by ineptitude and genuine rudeness try working your way through the maze of bureaucratic inertia at the City Hall in Houston.”
