They estimated a 10-14 day waiting time after I placed the order, but a week or two later they reached out and said my jacket was back-ordered, but it should still come in time for my wedding. I assume everything should fit well once it arrives based on the measurements and alteration notes they took during my initial visit. I appreciate everyone was open, kind and easy to talk to. Also, if you want to keep your purchases secret (e.g. Birthday gift) from the person you are trying to surprise is also useful. --- Some items have great prices, but others not so much. The main problem is that customers tend to go through merchandise and irreparably damage items. When is organized is great, but when is in disarray during holiday season not so much.”
