Sweet, humble and hilarious. Upon meeting her angel of a human mother- it all made sense. Her mom made me feel like a family member. My wedding is in 8 days and she is still willing to make everything I need work for me, all while being so professional and kind.I left the store feeling like I just went to see family. “Probably the best thrift store in Denton. However, understand that 85% of the clothes are basically Target/Old Navy/Walmart quality and the prices are barely a few bucks below original cost. (Also it's ridiculous how rarely the changing rooms are open.) But if you're willing to dig you can find some nicer quality pieces for decent prices, just make sure you go early and know exactly what you're looking for.”

“This place is kind of off the beaten path and you'll feel out of place pulling in, and the store front kind of gives you the same feeling. However, they're simply great! I've been eyeballing Mystery Ranch backpacks for some time now and could find what I wanted locally. However these guys came up on the MR website. So I had a little time today and made the drive. Ryan, was in the office when I walked in, immediately hopped up to great me, apologized for the store looked and that they were swapping seasons. He asked what I was looking for and started grabbing bags for me. They had the bag I thought I wanted but in a different color, no big deal. Why? He showed me a better bag I didn't know existed, and for a better price point. He let me try it on, asked what I wanted to do with it, made sure it fit, answered all my questions. It was really excellent customer service. Truly. When I asked it the bag took hydration bladders, sure they do. Here's how you route them. He offered to sell me one, I asked if the one I had would work he said yes and left it alone. No pushing, legitimately only wanting to help me. The thing that really got me; was how much he seemed to care I was there and actually wanted to help me find the right pack. He gave he his undivided attention, and didn't push anything on me. How many times have you been to a store and all they want to do is push their credit card, or membership? None of that. This place is awesome, it's worth the trip.”

A woman was struggling holding clothes & a staff member came up immediately to offer a shopping cart. Tip when taking clothes to sell, keep the seasons in mind & do it with an open mind. I personally am happy to get any dollar amount for my clothes. I mentioned just donating what they didn’t take & the employee let me know they can donate what they don’t take to non-profits if I’m interested, which is awesome! I was so glad she told me that. I’ll do that every time now. They have a points system for rewards. This location is BIG, so many great finds for great prices! Love this store came to Richmond & the whole idea of consignment & secondhand clothing; just awesome!”
