“I have met so many dentists over the past 8 years. Dr. Levato is, by far, the most easy going and caring one I have met. She took the time to listen to my case, made sure she had all of the needed information before giving me a treatment plan. She also made sure to keep me informed each step of the way as she examined my teeth/oral health. She even gave me education that other dentists had not shared with me in the past. Her knowledge clearly exceeds the average general dentist as she was familiar with alternative ideas of care as well as traditional methods. The entire staff was kind and welcoming despite my anxiety from dentististry. Unfortunately, I can not speak to her work because after reviewing my case and x-rays thoroughly, she did refer me out to a specialist. I was disappointed, to say the least. Only because it has been so hard for me to find a good dentist that listens to me. However, I really appreciated her honesty. Sending me to someone who would be able to correct all that is wrong to help prevent more issues in the future is the best decision. I can see that. Even though it would have been fantastic if I could have just continued with her. For those who value a clean, streamlined, pleasant, and organized office, and a knowledgeable dentist team that cares enough to see you as a person, I feel this is the dentist for you. The location is really nice and easy to find. The appointment was extremely efficient. I was able to get my full exam done in just over an hour and my follow up consultation was under 20 minutes. In that time, I feel like I was treated as a valued guest, even after they decided not to take me on as a patient. I really appreciated that. Lastly, this office is going above and beyond with precautions to maintain a germ free environment. It really demonstrates that they are ensuring the needs of the patients matter to them as a staff.”

I had always had really good insurance and now that I have become retirement age I lost my good insurance. I just wish they would take the insurance that Medicare furnishes.
