I arrived slightly late for my appointment, but I had called ahead letting them know and asking if they would still take me 10 minutes late; they were extremely accommodating without penalty. As soon as I arrived, I was in the dentist's chair. The staff were kind and professional, as was the dentist, who also answered all my questions about gum recession, allaying my fears. Of note: I've had both dentists treat me, and they are both great--a husband and wife couple. Also, the husband is extremely funny, and he made me feel more relaxed and at home then I had ever felt at a dental appointment before. I will always be a patient here.”

“Had many root canals and apicoectomies by Dr. Albert L. Granger at his Garden City office, and a few others, as I had little dental care as a child. Absolutely the best -- kind, patient, and highly skilled. Five stars. Unfortunately I moved out of state. If I ever need another root canal... I may just have to move back to Long Island. “This is the place to go when you’re scared of getting a root canal. Why? Because I never had a root canal procedure done before, along with being my first time at their office. I did not know what to expect. But.. as soon as I entered, the front desk personnel were so welcoming and ready to help me get settled in with filling out paperwork etc... afterwards I was greeted by another personnel who walked me to my patient chair for review. Being both a first time EVERYTHING including being in my 2nd trimester. You best believe I was unsure in what to expect from a root canal appointment . But both the assistant and Dr. reassured me I would be ok and provided me with information about pre and post operation. They took the time to get to know me. The best family feeling environment ever. and the numbing phase was super easy. Granted I had a tiny nerve that caused pain within 1 second, However, the entire procedure was 2hrs. So the process we really easy. I love the family welcoming environment and the most painless procedure. I was able to eat again after one hour. I’m home now without any pain. So, yes, go to this place because the comforting feeling is priceless.”
