My daughter has had more then 10 appointments and had never complained of the orthodontic staff. Appointments can be made and canceled via text and they have a wonderful system set up for reminders. Dr Swapp also understands how important it is to connect with his patients and to keep them involved and excited about maintaining their braces and oral hygiene. There is a reward system that involves tokens and he always has fun games and prizes via social media. They took their time and were thorough. I expected to be there long because it was my first appointment. I was there about an hour and a half and they were working the entire time except about 15 minutes. My husband will be scheduling his appointment as well. I love this office and staff. His ability to explain and perform the procedure exceeds all other dentists. I appreciate the patience in explaining what was going on during the procedure.
