After going through about 6+ companies and the run around, scams, frauds, sabotage to my AC, I was referred to this company by a financing company. I feel like I hit the jackpot. This company did EVERYTHING right. My first call I spoke to Brandon and while we were on the phone, he sent out his guy (James) to measure the house for a new AC..what size I may need. This was at the end of the day. How awesome is that? The next week we scheduled for install and his guys were here all day and never even left for a lunch break. They worked their butts off on getting that into my little closet. James checked in from time to time on that day as well as Brandon called to check on me and how things were going. Brandon listened to every single story and detail I had to say. I felt like I was number one throughout this entire process. I now have a new AC. What's great is, they also do other things like electrical, roofing, home remodeling etc. Now I have someone to call when I need help with the house and whom I can trust. This is what its all about.
