“Our wired smoke detectors started chirping at 4am on a Saturday. We tried to fix them but were unable. At 7am I phoned the on call electrician. He tried to help us over the phone but we ended up asking him to come out anyways. He was very helpful, polite and professional. He even waited a while to make sure that no more would go off. On Monday they called me to inquire about my situation. They came right out to quickly replace all of our smoke detectors. They were, again, very polite, helpful and professional. We appreciate their wonderful help immensely.”

I originally made the project request through Home Depot and they were assigned to complete it. The whole experience was excellent. The office manager was professional, competent and polite and helped me schedule my initial estimate as well as the install. The pricing on the install was extremely competitive, significantly beating out another quote I received. ARS included the electrical work in the project, performed by C.M. Joy. Chris was professional, friendly and extremely competent, working diligently and efficiently to complete the work. Chris showed up on time and it was clear he knew exactly what he was doing. When we bought our house, we had no overhead lighting in the living room, and dining room. They ran new wiring and hooked up 8 wafer lights throughout our living room and dining room ceilings and two ceiling fans, all with dimmer switches. Also ran cables and electric wires throughout the walls so we could mount our TV on our wall without a problem. Great pricing, and phenomenal work. I highly recommend Taylor Electric!!!!
