“Tech was sent out to place one wire that was not connected to the dryer breaker. He also secured the surge protector that was not mounted properly, cleaned out the breaker panel of debris, & placed some PVC on the two outside grounding stakes to prevent anyone from tripping on them. After the tech said that all the work was done & he was heading for the front door, I said let me take a look at it. When I did, I noticed the cover was not attached, and I had to ask the tech to put the cover back on the breaker panel. I didn't think I needed to ask him to do that. I think that should have been put back together before he said all the work was done. Hmm...Other than that, everything that needed to be done was completed in about 20 minutes. Thank you for speedy service!”

“Just Service is incredible! We called them a couple years ago when we had a bad snowstorm and everyone lost power for several days. We actually had a tree limb fall and take out the power cable running from the street to our house. We called and he was able to be here faster than anyone else in town—he fixed the problems on our end and all we had to do was wait on the power company to turn on power again! Waiting for the power company took QUADRUPLE the amount of time than waiting on Just Service! I will be forever grateful for his service...otherwise it would have been several weeks without power in the middle of a freezing cold winter.
