Josh from Elk Run came out and gave us a detailed estimate, and suggested we might want to add a connection for a backup generator since we were on well water. The work required a permit and inspection, which Elk Run took care of. The 3-day project included installing overhead service to the garage, and all the work was executed meticulously to follow all safety codes. The work passed inspection the first time. They arrived when they said they would every day, and never complained about the work or brought issues for me to solve. Josh taught me how to start up and use the emergency generator and answered all my questions. Very professional — my highest recommendation goes to Elk Run Electric.”

“These guys were great. I hired them to reconnect power to my detached garage and troubleshoot a flood light. The garage part was easy, once I dug the trench from the house to bury the line for it. The part I appreciate most is that they spent time trying to figure out what was wrong with the flood light. Once we settled on the fact that the line to it was stolen for our kitchen during a renovation, they figured out a way to reconnect it without cutting through walls again. Not the perfect solution, but I'm happy they thought of it, and I'm bringing them back to finish that part. They also replied, were available, and followed through faster than 3 other electricians I reached out to.”
