Our only unhappiness with our experience is that Bellows is so good at what they do, it takes a long time to get through the process. We got our initial scope of work estimate and bid proposal on June 28, 2021. We accepted their bid in early July. Unfortunately, due to the workload, the installation of the AC unit was not accomplished until September 28 and 29, 2021. It has been a long, hot summer . . . sigh. Anyway, I think Bellows is a great company with superior staff. I would recommend them to others. I would also recommend having AC units replaced in the dead of winter!”
