Tim with Master Electric, is the electrician that was sent to my home through the rental company and he was so nice and professional. Once he got to the source of what was causing the problem he showed me where and what was going on. He even went on to explain why it was happening. I got a quick lesson in wiring and using copper and aluminum and his way of explaining made perfect sense to some one like myself that is clueless about things of that nature. He said he wanted to explain everything to me because he knew how nervous I was about the issue and he wanted to make me comfortable and reassured me that it was resolved. “After a branch Fell and ripped the powerline out of the side of our house (causing a fire at the meter) Scott with One Call showed up first thing the very next day made all the necessary repairs and went beyond that to upgrade our house to modern standards and code by bonding the gas line and installing new groundings, etc. He coordinated with the city and Duke Energy and was able to have power restored the following day as soon as the doors opened at the the city inspector’s office. After the job was finished they cleaned up and left without a trace. Very polite, extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and affordable. Highly recommended!”

He diagnosed and repaired my home issues and saved me money in the process. He is very knowledgeable and found that all electrical switches in my house was covered, because they were faulty switches sold by the manufacturer. I would recommend James to anyone that needs electrical repair work. I have hired others without this knowledge and would pay them half of what he charged for a 15% of the work done. Other electrician charged for the same issue James found to be a faulty product.”
