He was very professional and didn’t try to oversell me and told me the problems he saw. After completing the inspection he gave me an estimate and I have to be honest it was more than I wanted to spend. But his work ethic and the quality of information he gave me explaining the issues made me very comfortable in his abilities and I asked him to come back out. The service turned out to be better then when he first came by if that’s possible. Needless to say Charles was a Godsend and I am very grateful for the work he did.
