“Steve is incredibly responsive and did a great job. He came as soon as possible and was in constant communication about his ETA, arriving on time. He explained everything he was doing and worked with me to bundle the work we hired him for to a fair price. We hired him for two main jobs: 1 - To install a new outlet for a water heater pump in our water closet. He worked quickly and efficiently, using an existing outlet to add the new one and cleaned up his mess when he was done. 2 - He fixed a GFCI plug that powered our kitchen -- we thought we had an issue with our breaker, but he explained that the plug was merely broken and replaced that GFCI along with 2 others in our house. He did not try to do more work than was required (others might have tried to get me to pay for unnecessary work based on our fears) and is very honest. We and will likely ask him to do more work for us in future.”
