Mark called back within minutes and was able to fit me in the next morning (whereas several other companies were booked out at least 10 days). He showed up on time, worked quickly and explained everything he was doing. He figured out that the problem was with a ceiling fan light fixture after thoroughly checking all outlets/switches so that we wouldn't have problems in the future.
