“Carl helped me out twice now: First time it was a tripped GFI that I did not know I had, I think he felt sorry at my ignorance and charged me only $40 for the visit. The second time, my AC condensers were not working and it turned out to be a tripped 220v breaker, and he walked me through resetting it (you don't just push it back up, you have to pull it down hard to full off mode first) over the phone--this kept my wife happy during a real summer scorcher, and as most of us know, when a wife is happy, the whole household is happy...so I owe you , Carl!
