Danny explained that they were going to do the troubleshooting and give me the estimate, if I approved they would start the work right away. If I wanted to wait they would schedule repairs after. This was news to me. I usually got one tech to do the estimate and the work came later on a scheduled date.The troubleshooting was fast and the estimate was great.
