He explains everything about the job in clear detail, and asks questions that help you figure out exactly what you need from the work as well. In our case he suggested small changes to the planned install that will make future work easier. This is very appreciated. He arrived on time, worked very carefully and did not rush. He cleaned up thoroughly after himself, and did a very thorough job sealing the wall he was working in. He even took pictures of what he did behind the sheetrock as a future reference.
