“Xfinity / Comcast have ran full-tilt AI in an effort to get away from those pesky human-assistance-on-the-phone days. The new, improved Xfinity has made the phone experience so obnoxious & miserable until we happily run to their brick and mortar stores for help. That's okay. The good news is we can see a human up close now, as long as we don't mind setting aside half our workday to do it. At least the folks who work there are great, for the most part. ***sigh***”

“Such a nice store! I was immediately greeted by Kyle, who was so friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to purchase two albums (on sale even!) which had been published in the early ‘80’s and had been on my wishlist for a long time. Most of the books I looked at were paperbacks, but they had a nice big variety of titles available. I almost missed the “more shopping” room at the back. They’ve got lots of cool, vintage posters and some collectibles. Like the Terminator, I’ll be back! Thanks much, Kyle, for the smiles. They were enjoyed and appreciated.”
