I was unraveling to say the least. I called on the phone first and they said they could help. When I got there..I think James helped me... He has a bat tattoo on his hand. He was super kind and considerate and walked out to the car with me. It's times like that ..when you really just need help ( and a new battery ) that the customer service is so important.
