“Pyramid installed our original sound and light system in 2009. We upgraded a couple years ago. I just want to say that we are very happy with our system. More importantly, their customer service is outstanding- one of the best I’ve ever experienced! A few weeks ago, the Internet went out. I texted at 8:30 PM and got help. Today, shortly after noon, the entire system went out. After walking me through what might help over the phone (which didn’t work) a technician was out this afternoon and fixed the problem. They are fast, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Pyramid without reservation!!”

Jack answered the call and immediately greeted me warmly with a welcoming tone. I expressed to Jack what I needed and he proceeded to guide me with patience and familiarity of the many options that I had for my jeep. I immediately booked an appointment for the next day. Brought my vehicle in that morning and Jack greeted me and explained how the set up would go. Through the day he kept me updated with the process. Upon picking up my vehicle that evening after processing my payment Jack met me outside to show me the complete installation and he even went over every detail of my new radio. Also answering any questions that I had pertaining to features and how to work this and that. He also assured me that if I had any further questions to not hesitate to call and ask him. I must say that I am so impressed and satisfied with the whole process from start to finish. My radio installation looks amazing and I'm greatly appreciated of the time and professionalism from Jack and the installer. “Great people and company to deal with, Mike has taken care of my business for over 15 years. I recently had a problem with optimum dropping my Internet connection Mike was able to determine the problem was a bad F connector Terminator wall plate that had a cracked insulator. Of course when I first called Mike he suggested I call optimum which I did to no avail 4 visits later I called Michael over. Long story short our house needed some wiring replaced RG59 versus RG6 and Mike was able to take care of everything from beginning to end. I'm now able to speak on the phone without dropping calls and use my Internet without dropped packets. It's a shame I can't get optimum to provide reliable service I need to get my own expert to fix their cable network. Thank you Vision Computers for rectifying this problem... Mike you're a lifesaver.”

“AWV Production LLC converted 180+ 3D Kodak realist stereo slide images to digital format onto thumb drives. WANTED- 1. local service I could reasonably drive to since I did not want to ship slides for possible loss of originals. 2. Secured privacy . In case of problem, he keeps for 1 month and then he purges all images. Other services keep copies forever on file. 3. And of course, foremost in mind, I definitely wanted a Quality Job for my hard earned money. What a job Freddie - WOW Fabulous! Price was given, completion time set and I drove the 1 hour to drop off slides. I paid him half of price upfront with balance due at pickup. He works from his home; was very professional, and described what he would do and gave me receipt/work order and I gave him my slides. Freddie completed job before his own set deadline of 15 business days; he cleaned and edited each slide for digital clarity. Contacted me about status and updates at each step in process. He did unanticipated extra work since slides were so dirty after being in containers for decades but he wanted the job done right. And he was still done before his deadline! While I was initially nervous about the outcome, I put my trust in Freddie’s work and I couldn’t be happier. What a Quality job - how many more Kudos can I give this man. He was reliable, honest and price was more than fair! Less than any competition from Jacksonville down to Central FL even with all the extra work he did! Freddie is amazing! Could not have asked for anything more! Would highly recommend him to anyone who needs ANY of his services.
