After more searching, I found Tech Genius 3 minutes away from my house to fix it for a lot cheaper, but also great quality. A man named Mark took my original call scheduling an appointment and was super nice and confirming. He took my second call asking to reschedule ON THE DAY OF, and still was confirming and nice. He walked us through everything and told me everything I needed to know. Even beyond the staff, the building itself is so welcoming. The floors are shiny and clean, there were waiting tables, music, and the store smelled great. 10/10 service.”
