These are perfect instruments for beginning students with parents that don't want to buy a higher end model not knowing if the student will continue. The pricing of Nuova allows a parent to own a new instrument at a similar price it costs to rent a used instrument for a school year. We have sold hundreds of the Nuova student line for many years at all of our locations and online with virtually no problems. “I had purchased a large tube from restiaux an ebay seller. “Tube is in nice and clean condition with original shipping package.” The tube that I originally bought off of eBay was not as described. I then sent the tube to D&C, and was happy to pay the testing charge. Once they received it they immediately called me to say that the tube was garbage and not worth testing. D&C wrote a report stating the non repairable condition of the tube. I then sent that report to eBay. Once eBay read the report, the made the seller provide a full refund. The most amazing part was that D&C did not charge me for the report. Thank you D&C for being honest and just a great company to deal with.”

“There has been alot of upgrades to this walmart . The place has been clean and well stocked. It looks so much nicer. The restrooms are always clean which is a plus. The downside is having a hard time getting help with all the locked cabinets, it takes 20 plus min to find someo e to open them and those buttons never work so you have to track down someone to come open. Alot of times workers are on their phones or busy chatting with each other to even help you. transients sometimes hang around outside. But as long as you are aware of your surroundings i have never had any problems.”
