I went in for 45's and had a pretty good amount (for a small store) records are 3.00 a piece but I asked if he would give me a flat price (think I got like 50 records) He only took off 20 bucks (thought it'd be more than that seeing as it's a small store). Gonna try going into Boston and see if I can get a better deal. But it's not too bad I guess”

I called and spoke with Mr. Stan, who is the Father, and was very nice and calming to talk to, then my daughter and I brought it in to their office the very same day and dropped it off and the very nice son, Mike, assured us he would get it fixed asap so that she could complete her assignments in time. They also gave us a 10% student discount. They made us feel like they "cared" and I really appreciated that!
