“While in Best Buy I had to purchase a number of items for a project. I was approached by one gentleman and asked if I needed assistance. After he assisted I tried finding the rest of the items on my own. Not long after Mr. Del was passing by and asked if I needed assistance. He patiently helped me find each item and then assisted with checking me out which became eventful due to my recent move. Mr. Del through and through was still extremely patient and helpful. It was close to me, and when I called Todd answered and told me what he had available. When I got there he had a stool setup for me to try it out and a personality that made me want to stay. Look forward to checking out his other location and spending some time there. He has strings and essentials here as well as guitars at this location.”
