He was super knowledgeable, helped us find what we needed, and didn’t try to sell us something that wasn’t what we were looking for. He took the time we needed and didn’t rush us. We live closer to like 3 other Best Buys, but we will be back to the Allen store just because of the service Thomas gave us. And no, we don’t even know him!
