“WORTH THE READ - NEW AMAZING MANAGEMENT!!! I seriously don’t do reviews even if a company tells me to leave a good review. Not because I don’t like the service, but because I’m simply not interested in writing it. Okay, this is besides the point. I tend to be a perfectionist, so after reading the bad reviews for this location, I requested that my order was to be delivered through a different location. I was blunt about it to the manager. I told him that this order was very special to me. The manager wasn’t pushy or even mad at my reasoning. He suggested that I could talk to corporate to make that change. He also informed me that this location switched management on December 1st of 2021 and has completely rewritten how this location done things. I told him if he promised to do everything with love, I would let this location take my order. And he absolutely did that! I wanted to update my order from half strawberries dipped to all the strawberries dipped and he made that change with no additional charge to show me that my faith was in good hands. In addition, the manager even took the time out of his night to text me a picture of the final results and it came out absolutely perfect. The quality of fruits were divine and the delivery was effortless If you want to be treated like family, do yourself a favor and come here!!!”

“My wife and I are professional wedding photographers, Russell Photography. We've photographed around 600 or so weddings in the past 20 years. Tonight we witnessed professionalism displayed by Design by Trish, beyond which we have never seen before. Trish was working individually and had finished the backdrop and lighting behind the bridal party table as well as the bridal party table itself. Plus she was making sure her flowers on the outdoor arbor were not going to die in the 90 degree heat. Then the riser and table were expanded by eight feet. Without complaint, Trish proceeded to expand her backdrop and lighting, and redo her table decorations. She made sure to go back to the arbor and water her flowers, In the middle of it all. When I was talking with her, not a word of complaint from her at all. I found this to be very professional. Oh, did I mention her flowers were fantastic, too! Fishers Petals is a generational business and Minnie is now the proprietor. Clearly, she absolutely knows the flower business and knows how to serve her customers well. Wife and I are extremely impressed at her professionalism and efficiency. Only gave her a day to put something together, she had it done in just a few hours. Her price was quite competitive but because she did exactly what I wanted I bumped up her payment. Even then she was less than others. She sent me a front and back photo and it was perfect.
