She made me feel confident that she was gonna do an amazing job...and she did! She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied (she even added a "cake stand" in for me for free)... also, even though, they aren't open Sundays, my order was still delivered to the right home at the perfect time and it definitely looked better than the picture online. She switched the colours up a bit and the flowers because of the season, but they looked fresh and the combination was gorgeous. Size and everything was accurate, wasn't deceived for sure! He had lost so much weight and was so skinny. We were so pleased that was not the final memory we had of him. Extra attention was performed for his appearance. We are most grateful for this. We had a larger crowd then we anticipated with small children. Hospitality was extended to us in every way. His services were executed with precision, including the graveside ceremony. He was a member of several car clubs. His friends were allowed to drive their cars there and pay homage to his memory. If and when we need funeral services again, Patterson's will be where we go. I truly would recommend Patterson's to anyone who have the need.”
